Brief summary

This article analyzes the medical training in Ivanovo State Medical Academy in the field of toxicology and radiobiology and the possibility of using this knowledge in emergency situations. The necessity of restoring the mandatory medical training in emergency medicine in peacetime and wartime is substantiated.
