Brief summary
Abstract. The problem of acute poisoning with neurotropic substances that stimulate the central nervous system and induce movement disorders in the form of hyperkinesis and seizures is relevant due to a set of circumstances. Among them, it should be noted a fairly wide prevalence of pathological conditions accompanied by convulsions; a large number of chemicals that can cause convulsions, including drugs, pesticides, emergency chemical hazardous substances (ECHS), toxic substances, etc. Clinicians and toxicologists experimenters have accumulated a lot of experience in developing anticonvulsants and methods for treating convulsive syndromes. At the same time, the consequences of exogenous convulsive conditions in humans remain poorly understood today.
