Нестабильность митохондриальной и ядерной ДНК в клетках периферической крови онкологических больных при проведении радио-химиотерапии

Резюме
Терапия онкологических заболеваний предполагает использование заведомо генотоксичеких факторов, направленных на подавление роста пролифирирующих клеток. Негативное влияние генотоксических агентов на нормальные ткани заставляет разрабатывать методы оценки генотоксического груза, с целью предотвращения летальных исходов, вызванных неспецифическим действием цитостатиков. В настоящей работе мы продемонстрировали один из вариантов оценки генотоксического действия радио-химиотерапии. Показано, что при использовании облучения и цитостатических антибиотиков, у некоторых пациентов, возрастает количество фрагментов мтДНК в крови. Повышенный уровень мтДНК соотносится с изменением генотипических комбинаций аллельных вариантов STR - локусов.
