Brief summary
According to the modern literature we have learned negative considerations about functional investigations. Our point is to investigate role of USI (ultra sound investigation) in diagnostics of hand fingers flexors tendons injuries. USI was undergone 25 patients pre and post operation period. In pre operation period distance between ends of torn tendons and localization of ends were detected with the help of USI. In post operation period we controlled the duration of healing process of reconstructed tendons. To communicate the ends of torn tendons we have used our recommending method which requires taking through the conductor of polyvinyl chlorine tube the proximal end of deep flexors tendons.
