Brief summary
In modern conditions, the range of threats associated with the emergence of foci of sanitary losses of radiation profile among troops and civilians has expanded. The peculiarities of the diagnosis of acute radiation injuries, as well as the lack of experience among most doctors working with affected ionizing radiation, increase the potential risks of medical errors in the diagnosis and treatment of radiation pathology. The aim of the study was to evaluate the diagnostic significance of a modified algorithm for the primary diagnosis of acute radiation injuries and to develop a medical decision support system during medical triage at the advanced stages of medical evacuation. Materials and methods. Under the conditions of modeling the situation of medical triage, the diagnostic effectiveness of the modified algorithm for the primary diagnosis of acute radiation injuries and the mobile application of the medical decision support system developed on its basis were evaluated. The results of the study. The Department of Military Field Therapy of the Military Medical Academy has developed a modified algorithm for the primary diagnosis of acute radiation injuries, which has demonstrated high diagnostic significance in terms of modeling medical triage of the mass flow during tactical and special exercises of the medical service. A mobile application of the medical decision support system has been developed based on a new diagnostic algorithm. Conclusion. Created on the basis of a modified algorithm for the primary diagnosis of acute radiation injuries, the software product is a modern autonomous medical decision support system with its own database, which helps to optimize the process of collecting and analyzing diagnostic information during the initial examination of the affected and their medical triage.
