Brief summary
New derivatives of 8-aminoalloxazine were obtained and studied by physico-chemical methods. The virtual assessment of the biological properties of the synthesized compounds carried out using the PASS Online program allows us to expect with a high probability the effects associated with selective exposure to riboflavin-dependent enzyme systems, enzymes of xenobiotic metabolism, as well as the presence of respiratory-analeptic activity in substances.
