Toxicological studies promising strains of heptyl and aviation kerosene microorganisms-distractors for environmental remediation of contaminated soils, buildings and structures

Brief summary
Studies have been conducted to assess the pathogenicity of advanced strains microorganisms-destructors of RFC (rocket fuel components) using two types of laboratory animals in terms of virulence, toxicity, toxigenicity and dissemination in internal organs. It has been shown that the strain of the microorganism-destructor heptyl genus Pseudomonas and the strain of the microorganism-destruktor aviation kerosene genus Rhodococcus are not pathogenic (safe) for warm-blooded animals. It has been established that the strains studied do not have an irritating effect on the mucous membrane of the animals' eyes. Studies of acute and chronic inhalation toxicity of strains microorganisms- destruktors RFC in inhalation chambers using two types of laboratory animals of both sexes (white rats and mice) have shown that the studied strains do not show toxic properties both in a single, and with repeated inhalation into the body of warm-blooded animals, do not have immunotoxicity and sensibility effect. Microorganisms can be used without restrictions for bioremediation of soils contaminated with RFC.
