Brief summary
Summary:
The study analyzed whether indicators such as the volume flow acceleration on the aortic valve, matching the weight of the left ventricle to give the advantage to identify its minimal systolic dysfunction in patients in the early stages of hypertension compared with conventional methods. Found that at a stage I hypertension is present left ventricular systolic dysfunction, diastolic under normal parameters. In patients with hypertension stage II, along with diastolic dysfunction and normal ejection fraction of the left ventricle systolic dysfunction are present, determined by volumetric measure of acceleration. The obtained data allow us to deepen the understanding of left ventricular systolic function in patients with hypertension, and complement conventional research methods, without contradicting them.
