In research we studied the individual anatomic constitution of dentoalveolar system and its effects on the appearance of TMJ’s dysfunctional diseases. This research was done by the analysis clinical and radiographic examination 207 patients of various age and comparing the parameters of jaws occlusive relationship and the presence or absence of natural teeth, substituted and (or) not substituted dentures with clinical signs of TMJ’s dysfunction. Shows the the correlation value of these indicators in the predisposition to dysfunctional TMJ pathology and severity of its course in adults of different ages.. This research formulated the conclusion and practical references for enhancement of the stomatologic help’s rendering to adult patientswith TMJ’s diseases.
