Методы исследования функциональной активности тромбоцитов (обзор литературы)

Резюме
Тромбоциты представляют собой безъядерные клетки крови, участвующие в различных процессах: регенерация поврежденных тканей, развитие воспалительных, иммунных и аллергических реакций. Однако их основная функция - обеспечение первичного гемостаза, важной защитной реакции, предотвращающей большую кровопотерю при повреждении сосудов. Существующие на сегодняшний день методы исследования позволяют изучить практически каждый этап участия тромбоцитов в процессе образования тромба. В диагностике нарушений тромбоцитарного звена гемостаза существенную помощь может оказать анализ состояния тромбоцитарных рецепторов, осуществляемый с помощью проточной цитометрии и электронной микроскопии. Оценка функционального состояния тромбоцитов является значимым методом исследования при подборе антиагрегантной терапии. В обзоре представлена характеристика наиболее часто используемых методов оценки функциональной активности тромбоцитов.
