Карциноматоз брюшины при колоректальном раке

Резюме
Карциноматоз брюшины - один из наиболее распространенных путей метастазирования колоректального рака. Частота его встречаемости во время впервые выполняемого оперативного лечения по поводу рака толстой кишки составляет в среднем 7%. Прогрессирование заболевания в виде опухолевого поражения брюшины после радикальных операций встречается в 4-19% наблюдений. В случае рецидива колоректального рака карциноматоз брюшины выявляют более чем у 44% пациентов. Представленный обзор литературы освещает вопросы заболеваемости и прогностического значения посевов с брюшины во время оперативного лечения при впервые выявленном колоректальном раке, заболеваемость и течение заболевания при рецидиве колоректального рака. Так же освещаются вопросы механизма перитонеального распространения, различные методики обнаружения опухолевых клеток в брюшной полости, их информативность и специфичность.
