The paper presents the results on the observation of 142 adult acute diarrheal infection cases (mostly dysentery) with the moderate severity disease course. The detected are the serum level of IL6, TNFα (ELISA method) and CRP (quantity immunological method) in infection dynamics in patients vs healthy persons. The results suggest that there have been different behavior of cytokines as well as of CRP and their level association with severity and duration of some disease symptoms.
