Wounds and traumas parenchymal organs are one of the heaviest kinds of a surgical pathology, both in peace, and in a wartime. The purpose of our work was development of the combined way of a hemostasis for an effective and fast stop of a bleeding at a trauma parenchymal organs, including consecutive application at 1 stage - the dosed out external compression of operated organs by means of special compression plates for translation profusion bleedings in parenchymal and at 2 stage - a stop parenchymal bleedings application on a wound plasmagelatinous hemostatic tampon. Carried out researches have allowed to develop effective means for achievement of a fast final hemostasis at a trauma parenchymal organs with development profusion bleedings.
