Brief summary
The research objective consisted in experimental studying of Delta sleep inducing peptide or fragment of adrenocorticotropic hormone influence on a condition of non-inbred rats females reproductive function.
The data indicating that the effect of Delta sleep inducing peptide or fragment of adrenocorticotropic hormone on the maternal organism leads to motor activity changes and, possibly, animals sexual behavior disorders are as a result obtained. Decrease in the ability of females to conceive and bear offspring is a consequence of it.
It should be concluded that the two-week prescription of the studied drugs to non-inbred rats? females in the period preceding conception leads to a disruption in the physical development of embryos, expressed in the lag of osteogenesis in the bones of the skeleton.
