Experience of application of remestip in the treatment of proliferative processes of myo- and endometrium

Brief summary
Synthetic hormone similar posterior pituitary vasopressin - remaster, calling expressed vasoconstrictive effect by raising the tone smooth muscle vascular wall in arterioles, veins and venules, leads to a decrease in the bloodstream smooth muscular organs (including the uterus), without reducing the smooth muscle fibers. This is especially important when performing intrauterine manipulation - the removal of polyps of the endometrium, the submucous myomatous nodes by hysteroresectoscopy.
Research results of efficiency using of remestip showed at a hysteroresectoscopy in complex treatment of good-quality hyperplastic processes endo - and a myometrium. The study was carried out in practices in the two study groups of patients: I - experienced and II - control. The results showed high efficiency of the remestip: significant reduction intraoperative blood loss, duration of operation, the operating expenses of the material in comparison with the control group.
