Evaluation of tactic Damage Control Surgery in the treatment of combined thermo-mechanical injuries

Brief summary
There were 93 wounded. Damage control surgery was used in 34 (36,6%) cases. The complications after surgery were in 51(54,8%): after ETC 15 (51,7%) patients, after combined surgical technic (ETC+DCS) 36 (56,2%) patients. 9 (9,7%) patients died: 4 (13,8%) patient after ETC, other 5 (7,8%) after combined surgical technic (ETC+DCS).
