Brief summary
The article gives a substantiation of haemoсomponents leukodepletion and quarantine to increase the immunological and infectious safety of transfusions. Development stages of domestic devices for leukoreduction of blood, RBCs and plasma are presented. And here is offered a method for preparation leukodepleted quarantined erythrocytes. It is proved that leukofiltration has no negative impact on the morfo-functional properties of erythrocytes in the process of their cryopreservation, and that the erythrocyte medium is useful for transfusion.
