Brief summary

The article, based on a study of the existing diagnostic and treatment work of a specialist unit large multi-hospital metropolis with the characteristics of condylar fractures of the mandible and their treatment in the adult. The concept of examination and treatment of patients with fractures of the condylar process of the mandible with the use of modern equipment, tools and materials, in particular of transbuccal skrepiteley fixation and bone fragments from biodegradable materials, as well as in the implementation of endovideosupport osteosynthesis. The algorithm for the practical implementation of the concept of examination and treatment of patients with fractures of the condylar process of the mandible in a specialized department general hospital to meet the requirements of insurance companies to guarantee poles mandatory health insurance, as well as the provision of high-tech medical care to victims. Specified indications, technique, and the results of treatment of patients with fractures of the condylar process of the mandible with the use of methods and staplers transbuccal fixation of bone fragments from biodegradable materials, as well as in the implementation of endovideosupport osteosynthesis.
