The paper presents long-term results of orthodontic treatment the elderly and senile age. Orthodontic care is used to eliminate people elderly anomalies of the teeth and dental arches, tooth movement in the treatment of partially edentulous, as well as comprehensive dental rehabilitation and treatment of disorders of the temporomandibular joint. The conclusion about whether widespread use of orthodontic care for dental rehabilitation of elderly.
