Research of conditional viscosity of thermally activated water

Brief summary
The investigations of conditional viscosity of the water subjected to thermal activation have been conducted in various regimens. It was confirmed that water structure changed at activation. Viscosity measurements were conducted using the filtering membranes MFAS-B with the size of a pores 0,05 microns. It was approved that thermally activated water is capable to keep the lowered viscosity on rather wide intervals of time. It was experimentally shown that viscosity of the activated water was influenced by structural changes in a structure of the water, instead of degassing.
