Brief summary
The paper presents the results of clinical trials of adjuvant treatment of intraoperative hyperthermicintraperitoneal chemotherapy, which was conducted in an emergency operating patients with complicated forms of colon cancer. Our studies showed the absence of express and/or irreversible changes in the basic life-saving organ systems in-patient coefficients when performing surgery, followed by the implementation of adjuvant intraoperative intraperito-nealhyperthermicchemoperfusion on the complicated forms of colorectal cancer. It is also shown positive effects of adjuvant intraperitonealhimiogipertermicheskoy perfusion in long-term results after radical surgery in the operating conditions of emergency patients with complicated colorec-tal cancer.
