Neurovegetative and immune regulation disorders in chernobyl accident eliminators with polymorbidity cardiovascular disease and its correction efficiency in remote period

Brief summary
It was conducted the investigation of the autonomic regulation and immune status of Chernobyl nuclear power station liquidators with polymorbidity cardiovascular disease. We surveyed identified heart rhythm disturbances, changes in the test Luscher vegetation index, and neurotransmitters concentrations changes in blood serum. Changes in autonomic regulation of the liquidators were accompanied by impaired immune status - an imbalance of lymphocyte subpopulations and increased levels of circulating immune complexes. It is shown that the vibro-impact and transcranial therapy use reduces the severity of neurovegetative disorders in patients, which leads to immune system normalization. The usefulness of incorporating these techniques into a complex of therapeutic measures for the Chernobyl accident liquidators polymorbidity with cardiovascular disease.
