Клеточные сети интимы аорты и гомеостаз кровеносных сосудов

Резюме
Архитектоника и клеточный состав больших артерий человека изучены недостаточно. В настоящей работе впервые предпринята попытка анализа дистрибьюции и количества клеток, экспрессирующих HLA-DR в визуально непораженной интиме человека с использованием методов иммуногистохимии и иммунофлуоресценции, дополненных конфокальной микроскопией. Обнаружено широкое распространение клеток, экпрессирующих HLA-DR, на протяжении зон интимы, содержащих клеточные сети с длинными отростками. Количество HLA-DR+ клеток было значительно выше в серединной трети интимы по сравнению с поверхностной и глубинной частями. Предполагается, что широкое распространение клеток, экспрессирующих HLA-DR, в интиме нормальной аорты человека может играть роль в контроле и поддержании гомеостаза сосудов.
