Brief summary

In this scientific review problem of psychiatric comorbidy in patients with malignant diseases was elucidated. Literary data about prevalence of anxiety and depressive disorders, including PTSD in patients with malignant and hematological diseases and status after intensive care was reproduced. The psychiatric disorders levels in patients with malignant blood diseases were compared with other pathology of cancer. The data about possible connection between indices of anxiety, depression, PTSD and generalization of process (availability of distant metastases), invasiveness of treatment, quality of being in the know of patients, kind of medical insurance and marital status was presented. Malignant blood diseases are considered as a possible traumatic event.
