Резюме
Разработка кровезаменителей, обладающих с газотранспортными свойствами, является приоритетным направлением исследований в ведущих странах мира. Эти исследования ведутся в двух основных направлениях: на основе химически модифицированного внеэритроцитарного гемоглобина и на основе эмульсий перфторуглеродов. В обзоре рассмотрены основные проблемы, с которыми столкнулись исследователи и разработчики кровезаменителей на основе гемоглобина, пути их решения, а также охарактеризованы наиболее значимые и успешные разработки в этом направлении.
