Онкологические и гематологические заболевания и коморбидные психические расстройства (обзор литературы)

Резюме
В научном обзоре освещена проблема коморбидности психических расстройств и злокачественных заболеваний. Отражены литературные данные о распространенности тревожных и депрессивных расстройств, в том числе посттравматического стрессового расстройства (ПТСР), при онкологических и гематологических заболеваниях и состояниях после интенсивной терапии. Приведено сравнение встречаемости психических расстройств при злокачественных заболеваниях крови и другой онкологической патологии. Представлены данные о возможной связи между показателями тревоги, депрессии, ПТСР и генерализацией процесса (наличие отдаленных метастазов), степенью инвазивности при лечении, качеством информирования пациентов о заболевании, видом медицинской страховки и семейным положением. Злокачественные заболевания крови рассматриваются как возможный психотравмирующий фактор.
