Резюме:
В статье представлены материалы токсикологических исследований нового компонента производства поливинилхлорида, антиоксиданта IRGASTAB PVC76, на детоксицирующую функцию печении. Показано, что исследуемое вещество угнетает активность ферментов эндоплазматического ретикулума гепатоцитов, что может привести к нарушению детоксицирующей функции печени. Ключевые слова: ферменты эндоплазматического ретикулума гепатоцитов.

Mechnikov of the Federal Agency for Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation" Summary : The article presents the materials of toxicological studies of a new component of the production of polyvinylchloride, an antioxidant IRGASTAB PVC76, on the detoxifying function of the liver. Shown that the test substance inhibits the activity of enzymes of the endoplasmic reticulum of hepatocytes, which could lead to a breach of the detoxifying liver function.
