Brief summary
In the present paper we describe a wide range of preparatory work that had to be performed to establish the technical characteristics and selection of the operating mode of the generator of low-temperature argon plasma (operating at 36-40 ° C). Argon plasma generator is intended for painless sterilization of infected nonhealing wounds and ulcers of different genesis. We have tried to decompose the complex influence of low-temperature plasma into components that can have the most significant effects on biological objects. The paper also highlights research on biological models of different levels of the organization in which was revealed not only the disinfectant but also the healing effects of low-temperature plasma treatment of irradiation on wound. Programmes and methods of microbiological and biomedical tests are designed. Developed new and reproduced well-known experimental models. These original design used to evaluate the sterilizing, sanifying and wound healing effects of low-temperature argon plasma.
